Alisa Pitt

Alisa is a lifelong equestrian, Alisa is committed to helping horses feel and perform their best, driven by a deep curiosity about how the body works and how targeted support of the soft tissues can help it heal. She is a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist with additional training in athletic recovery therapy, integrated PEMF applications, and animal neuro-myofascial release techniques. With over 10 years of full-time practice, she has developed the ALP Method, an approach that looks at the whole horse, reading how the body organizes itself and adapts through compensatory patterns, helping restore movement and function of soft tissue in the body. ALP Equine strives to support every equine partner through every phase of their career and life.

Muscle moves bone. Fascia connects everything. For Alisa, restoring movement and comfort through supportive, functional therapies isn’t just technique, it’s how horses tell their story. Through hands-on bodywork, functional movement work, and education for horse owners and professionals, Alisa helps people understand what their horse’s muscles and body are communicating, building a deeper bond between horse and human along the way.
